hi pete im joe welcome to the forum

gambling is everywhere now and if it is your tipple like it is mine then FOTB are very very dangerous but also fun , i lost money i really should not of been gambling and once the first 20 note goes in the rest follows pretty quickly , sumtimes your lucky and a lot of times you have deep regrets which really coem to life once you enter the real world and away from gambling , i been paid today aswell and my gf took my money and cards and put a tenner in my wallet for the day , there is a way of ensuring you can,t be tempted by FOTB , its a triangle money , location , time , no cash no point going in , no bookies cant go in no time dont, think about it

you will get better advice than me as im still struggling this is a unity of men and women who have got gaming problems and there a lot of us , re lapses happen , barriers needs to be place , its hard mate but if yiou reach rock bottom you have to do it for yourself as these big gambling giants are not going away

Well done day one over with day 2 should be ok today nowhere near any off them today so should be ok had a good talk to a friend of mine just got to wangle a few things over the two weeks to sort things hopefully back to basics.. Felt better yesterday and woke up feeling up for it today so let's get my head down and start sorting this s**t out, life could be so simple if it wasn't for those urges those feelings spoke to my therapist yesterday and had a good open chat going to see him on Wednesday so that will help.. I'm trying I'm making a start on hopefully is my future so just taking it day by day... You only live once and I've not been living it so time to try my best to be a bit normal..
