Welcome , I saw your posting on another members thread and got an idea of your back story and just read this . A very honest , eloquent and candid account of your situation . Jemermiah gave some advice on his thread and there are some brilliant people here who would be happy to help . Take consolation at this post that you are young, not in debt and haven’t lost houses , family , children etc. I’m not at all trying to trivialise your situation , just be aware that if you don’t stop all these things could happen to you . As Jeremiah said , be honest with people around you , does your family know ? Self exclude yourself from every gambling outlet you can think of . Is there a gamblers anonymous meeting nearby ? I went for 2 years before this website was available and it worked for me at that time . The fact that I stopped going and had no support was probably the reason I didn’t stop 13 years ago . The good news is this can be beaten . Have a look around the diaries on here , read about your addiction and take whatever advice you can . Good luck and I look forward to seeing you progress
