Hi everyone. This is my 1st time and I'm a bit nervous. I've been gambling on and off for 2 years and my latest big loss this weekend has now ruined Christmas for my family so it's time to do something about it. Not really sure what to do tho as I'm now in £0000s of debt and am struggling to cope with it. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

Hi Clintclayton82.......I am also new to this.........you said your not really sure what to do.......well, you are...you have joined here....that's doing something. You need to take one day at a time and try not let this overwhelm you at this early stage. I suggest you just start reading other peoples entries and try to add more to yours. I found this to be an amazing avenue of support. I hope you can get something from this too. Each gamble free day appears to become that little easier....I hope it continues.......please try and read what you can....you are not alone here.

Hi

New here too - there are lots of useful posts on here and I am sure that you will recognise yourself in many of them, as I have. You have taken the first step and thats probably the biggest one. I intend to take each day as it comes, refuse to give anymore of my hard earned money to this demon addiction that appears to have grown inside of me and start re-building from today onwards. I'm sure its not going to be an easy path, but anything that is worth doing never was. Keep strong, you can do it.
