Welcome, you’ve come to the right place! It’s a nightmare gambling but loads of ways you can stop online. Take these steps.......
1) Make peace with loses and realise money isn’t going to come back.
2) install K9 on all gambling devices. Make a random password and put it in. Set blocks, delete password.
3) order new card, scratch off three digits. Freeze said card in freezer.
4) find new hobbies or outlets.
5) Tell partner........judge it for your own situation but then partner knows the score and can support. Partner can control money if need be. Build trust but you won’t fear partner and in the long run honesty is better. Lots of people um and ahh but best thing I ever did. Initial shock but better long term.
6) take the longest self exclusion period on online sites you can.
7) learn to hate the gambling industry.
8) post here often, prepare for the emotional roller coaster that follows.

10) put it behind you. We all make mistakes.
