I've been gambling for over a year, went to Vegas and got such a high and just wanted it to continue, inevitably I was chasing loses and never knew when to quit.
I know I must quit now it's getting ridiculous and is becoming a worry and a burden, I've used credit cards to help fund my addiction, my other half has no idea and I hate keeping secrets.
I've realised it's better to cut loses, exclude myself and focus on getting my life on track.
