New member guys. Got a question; I’ve self excluded for 5 years as I’ve struggled to stop over a long period of time. I’ve got pending withdrawals before I excluded that should be paid and as yet they haven’t- does anyone know if I’ll get the money back? Panicking now!
Hi Huddboro. Yes you will don't panic the company has to process pending withdrawals even if the account is actually closed by yourself. Are you going to need any other help do you think?
Thank you so much for your reply. That is one relief after panicking all evening- Betway are the company and I've read online they're a nightmare to get the money back. I've spoken to my other half and explained and she reacted better than I thought so we shall see. All in all I'm probably short by around £100 this month on outgoings so could've been a hell of a lot worse- I wagered over £1000 today at blackjack.
What's your story? Told the Mrs last night and she was less angry than I thought she would be but the disappointment was worse!
