Hi I’ve just joined! I hate gambling !

I’m in the same position. I’ve stopped gambling 5 years ago and relapsed. Got hooked on Facebook raffles this time. It’s really difficult to stop, especially if we’re chasing wins and losses.

I’ve wasted most of this year chasing losses. A cycle of getting some back and then being hit with a bigger loss. I can’t keep going with this so I want to stop. The thoughts of a quick play to win some back keep coming but I know even if I win some I’ll end up with a bigger loss. All the best for your journey 

Hey kels I feel you’re pain, I’m a massive chaser. Sometimes you question the money side and just how the gambling has how youre feeling physical also.
