Still staying focussed and working hard on recovery.
Lots of family work today but got on the chatroom at 8 which was great followed by GA online at 9. Tonight was my 77th meeting of 90 in 90 days.

Wow that number feels good now. No idea how I've got there. Didn't think I would ever do 207.minites let alone days.
How does a Sunday look now compared to this time last year...amazing
Woke up and did my morning routine, meditate, serenity.prayer, step 3 prayer and gratitude list. (only do step 7 prayer at night at the moment)
Went on the good mind circles walk which was only ten minute drive from me. Great to chat with the people there and create more connection.
Did some work around the house and a tip run. Still have three rooms of boxes to unpack
Then 8pm chatroom on here which was great as always
9pm Went to GA online which was a really good topic to share on

Got a lot of work done around the house today and followed it up with my GA meeting which was really powerful. Motorway traffic was a nightmare but worth going to

Really tough day and emotional..No thoughts of gambling but I've been doing a lot of reflection and I'm exhausted. I've had some emotional shares at GA and the last two daily topics have taken a bit of an emotional toll on me. It's always good to get thoughts out and it's beneficial long term but just not at the moment. I have counselling on Thursday which will help.
Did a lot of recovery work today and some bits around the house as we still have three rooms to sort out after the move.
Went to GA tonight which was meeting number 81 of the 90 in 90 days. It has been hard because I've shared at 79 of these and every share has been different. Only two meetings time ran out and I couldn't share. I've got so much out of every single one. Not sure if I will carry on after the 90 but don't need to decide that until day 91

Tough day after going through bank statements but had a great email with an opportunity. Sorted out deposit refund with a chunk held back but could of been worse and a good lesson in acceptance
Went to GA online in the afternoon so I could watch the football match after Gamlearn zoom and the chatroom on here. Day finished well with them playing amazingly

Spent the day getting another two rooms unpacked in the new home, will it ever get finished ?
Went to GA this evening which was meeting 83 of 90 in 90 days. Very emotional share which took quite a lot out of me

What a fantastic day. Did some family stuff this morning and had a zoom. Went up to London and met someone to take them into GA.

Wow Saturdays were different this time last year..Manic chaos chasing losses
Today I walked up to the shops with my daughter and had a lovely chat. Bought lunch from a great little bakery and a coffee. Then did a tip run and took 10 sacks of clothes for the salvation army
Could of lifts for the family and then Gamcare chatroom at 8 followed by GA online at 9

Lovely day with my kids and parents. First fathers day not gambling ever and was great to have a long chat with my Dad, my hero, my best friend

Days 215 and 216, forgot to post yesterday
Good meeting of GA last night and sorted another room out in the new house. Slowly taking shape.
Early hours of this morning, the modern meeting was superb. Hone meeting of GA tonight was good as always.
Been doing steps 6 and 7 at the moment and those character defects are so useful in life to give up but must be done.
Tonight was meeting 88 out of 90 so two days to go

It's been a really tough day. I want well last night with heat exhaustion and that's carried into today. I've kept hydrated but I think the diabetes and taking antidepressants isn't good for coping with heat. I've got through the day and no thoughts of gambling but I thought we lived in the UK and not a hot country.
Anyway back to recovery. Went to the chatroom tonight which was good as always. Then went to GA online at 9 which is meeting 89 days in a row out of 90 in 90 days so just my live meeting tomorrow and I've done it.
Been loving writing the film title based topics each day and have been working through some quite big thoughts recently so might have a couple of big ones next week.

Day 218 gamble free
Tonight I completed my 90 meetings of GA in 90 days. Really proud of that as three months with a meeting each day is hard work. I've done about half live and half online. Really enjoyed each meeting and shared at 88 of them as two ran out of time.
Affected by the heat again today but got through. Had session 25 of counselling today which was a really good session.
Tonight I met up with 3 GA friends for a bite to eat before GA
Was thinking today that when I was in action my selfish impulsiveness and disregard for my health would have meant I would have played golf in this ridiculous heat.
Been working a lot this week on my thoughts, feelings and actions. Progress not perfection
