been gambling everyday need help please its so hard

Its really hard when theres no blocks in place, I joined gamstop and it takes away an temptation. I've been gf tomorrow for 2 weeks and I feel so much better already. I still get the urge to spin but I simply can't now. My debts from gambling will take about 4 years to clear, but now I can't gamble my debts will not increase. I was at my all time low and I needed to stop before it did my health serious damage.
