Hi Colin
I'm 40 years old and know exactly what your saying , no matter how big you win it will go straight back in, i remember know what i was doing but couldn't stop myself. Luckily i am now 100 days gambling free and hopefully many more to come. I hope the same will come for you also, i tell you it feels so much better having alot more free time and not looking on the phone all the time.
Stay strong Colin, You got this

Hi
Thanks for your sharing.
Being able talk about how ermotionally vulnerable we are helps us come out of our self.
Being denial was very much fear based issues for me.
BY talking about thing helped reduced the pressure I put my self under.
Being a compulsive gambler wining was just going to prolong my pains and my suffering.
By being committed to the recovery program helps you exhcange unhealthy habits in to healthy habits.
The recovery program helps and helped me heal my pains ad reduce my fears.
Love and peace to everyone
