I've been gambling consistently since I was 18 years old, never had a big win or life changing money yet I still keep doing it. I had a short period of time of around 6 months were I wasn't slightly interested in gambling and out of nowhere its just come back. Ive put myself in around 8k of debt which at the age of 21 I don't really want to be in and because of gambling its only growing. It's mainly online casinos and slots which I go to and don't really see it as real money when I'm playing which is annoying because once I've lost it really depresses me. I have GAMBAN and GamStop. What have people done to take back control of their lives and regain financial stability? its gotten to the point were as soon as I'm paid I instantly think of gambling and then gamble the majority of it. I want help as I'm sure many in here do and I'm willing to try.
