I need help!

Hi I am new here.

I really need to find a way to prevent me from online casinos. I have always enjoyed a footie bet on a Saturday with the max bet being £10. It was something I looked forward to but was never addicted. One day I decided to have a go on the slots and didn’t win. I then had another go a few weeks later and won. I realise now that this win is what spiralled me into my down fall of trying to constantly win. I wish I never had that win now as I probably wouldn’t be here writing this. I have managed to rack up £11k worth of credit card debt over the last year or so. I have never used it to gamble with but have used it when I have run out of my own money so I suppose it’s the same really 

I registered with GameStop last year which is great. 

i really hate who I have become 

I have two wonderful kids, a lovely partner and a lovely home.

Nobody knows what mess I have got myself into and there is absolutely no way I could tell my partner, he would go mental I’m sure! This is my first time speaking about it as I feel this is something I need to do.

I have just purchased Allen Carrs easy way book so hoping this will help me in my recovery. Just waiting for some quiet time to start it. 

I just really can’t believe how I have let myself get like this. I feel so sick that I could gamble £200 in a day and not bat an eyelid. Only to forget how sick I felt come next payday and do it all again.Hopefully it’s not to late for me.
