Hi

My name is John and I have been gambling ever since April 2012. I am around 20k in debt and I seem to be stuck into the viscous circle of gambling to try and clear my debt. I lost £500 yesterday when only getting paid Friday just gone. I want to be debt free ASAP but most of all I want to stop gambling

I realise it can feel overwhelming when you are in debt and lose a further £500. You could contact a debt agency to help you with the money side of things. I have posted a link for you StepChange - 0800 138 1111, http://www.stepchange.org/
