I've been on these forums before and found they helped so back to try and stay gamble free now. I want to do it so badly I just can't. Gambling has ruined my adult life so far and I just pray that I can get through it and move on and make the next 10 days gamble free let alone 10 years. I just dunno how I'm going to do it the urges keep getting me and my mind won't rest
Hey mate, just signed up feel the same, to be honest feel sick had a terrible last two and a half months. You can do it though, I managed years off and although I am back doing it again which feels terrible, I know that if I have done 3 years before I can do that or more again. All the best.
