So the last time i used gamcare was july 2016, but iv been a gambler for over 12 years now.. since 2016 I have been through a wirlwind of emotions psychosis, paranoia.. and also realised my underlying health condition is what was causing me to gamble in the first place, i.e depression and anxiety... I didn't know that at the time..
Now I'm starting to get help for my health condition which is called hypothyroidism, I'm hoping my gambling stops for good!.
I'm 5 days gamble free and hoping this carries On, I have hit rock bottom since 2016, I'm in £7000 of debt and the things I could have paid for and memorys that I could have made with that money cuts me deep inside, guilt, shame and heartbreak is what I feel..
My children are my main focus to stop this addiction the guilt I feel for them is what keeps me going...
