Well im back here again wish i stayed more connected as would of probably kept me on the straight and narrow.well its day after payday and im penniless The usual stuff still to come out bills everywhere.not looking for sympathy just painting the picture.i am looking at tackling head on this time and have finally accepted i have a gambling problem.looking for insight or advice on possible ways i could deal my finances also anyone know any support groups or meetings available.cheers in advance x
I would recommend Stepchange for dealing with your finances, or call the gamcare helpline and they will give you all the options available to you. Well done for accepting you have a problem.

I've a meeting with the CAB Thursday which can't come quick enough to organise mine.
Also heading to my first GA Wednesday night.
Be strong mate, take as much advice as you can, I'm only a week into my recovery so better lookin at other people's posts on here, a lot of good information

Please make sure that when your next lot of money comes in that you ringfence it.
Have a trusted relative take care of it so you can't dig a bigger financial hole for yourself.
If you are feeling very depressed about your situation, talk to your GP.
With the right measures in place you can have a very good future.
You may wish to consider counselling via Gamcare.
