I recommend registering with GAMSTOP, this will block you from using sites licensed in GB. You can set the time you want to exclude yourself up to 5 years. I excluded for 5 years and it's the best thing I ever did as it stopped me dead in my tracks and has allowed me to get on the right path to clearing up the debt I ran up.
