Hi. Ive just joined this forum as its now time to stop gambling for good,I'm a 24 year old male that's been gambling on and off for 7 years, during that time I've managed to stop for 9 months 11 months and 3 years but yesterday I found myself back on the dreaded roulette machine and I blowed £350 in little over an hour. I'm confident I can stop gambling for good now I just need a little support/advice. Cheers!
