Today is day 40 for me and has been with its struggles but have fought through and have found the forum really useful when contemplating a bet I've come back on here and wanted to be one of the success stories. I haven't posted much but have taken inspiration from others posts and successes. To anyone just starting this journey.. Keep with it .. I never thought I'd reach this stage but opening up about things does really help.. use the forum as a safe place without fear and utilise the amazing stories held within here. Don't have any amazing remedies we are all different but if any newbies need to talk ..happy to be of any assistance !

Just want to let you know was really close last night to going on line realised I had 100 in another account but managed not to. Kept in my head your 60 days and went to site in stead and read people's posts till urge past. Thanks for the inspiration! Money spent on food and chocolate today instead.

Day 167 today ... pressure / temptations starting to ease not taking for granted keep counting the days !
Tomorrow marks my 6 months gf ... something I never thought would be possible but it's not far away ! to anyone doubting they can do it I was the same but keep going things get easier I don't post much but come on daily to keep myself reminded and it does work.
