Well done in taking contact. I feel I should respond to this even if I have advertised a break earlier.
What I feel I get for you is this.
When you learn to love money more than you love gambling you will always have money in your pocket.
We think we are playing to make a fortune when we are actually only releasing emotions.Â
Learn to love your money. It is yours no one else's. And now seek help and counsel for your mind.
Sometimes you need to look for a good match in Counsell and you will almost certainly know when you have found one.
Best

Hi Mario,
Welcome to the GamCare forum. I am really glad that you have joined and that you are reaching out for support. I hope that you find connecting with other members here helpful.

It sounds as though at present you use gambling as a coping mechanism which can lead to both emotional and financial difficulties. I would suggest that you consider trying counselling again and engage in the peer to peer support on the forum to help you not only stop gambling but replace it with a coping mechanism which benefits your life as a whole.Â
You are very welcome to contact us on our helpline on 0808 8020 133 or on Netline at https://www.gamcare.org.uk/get-support/talk-to-us-now/, Â to speak one to one with an advisor, who can offer support and talk you through various options that can help. We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so there is always someone that you can talk to.
Best wishes,
HelenÂ
