Need help can't cope

Well first of all you done the right thing, you've seen the problem and now you can be on the road to recover. Great start by getting on the forum to. I told my closest family and closest friends I can trust the most. I got my problems off my chest and now I'm making steps to be free. There is so much information on this website to go through and talk on here to, let your thoughts out and people will talk back and help. We are here to be free gambling as well. I felt alone but when I visted this website I realized I wasn't and it made it easier for me.

Yh thank you I'm finding it really hard at the minute I have counselling next week and have even found out where my gamcare meeting is and will be going tomorrow really need to get over this and I will beat it x

I am going through my first steps as well.. I got several phone calls to make tomorrow to sort 6k of debt.. I hope the meetings help you and you fight the urges.. I was watching the football tonight Liverpool v Newcastle and its first time without a bet on a game Ive seen live.. All i wanted to was bet but I didnt!! Im finding it difficult as well we ain't the only ones. x

Phatstuff I'm sorry hun if people r missing Ur posts I find it hard myself when I don't get feedback and I'm certain people aren't ignoring u on Purpose. Have u tried starting Ur own thread or diary? It does help and people will b able to see u clearly x

And good luck Danielle. I'm in exactly the same position as u and I realised this week that family and friends have actually given up on me. Only we can do this For ourselves. We can show them that we want to change and will change and gambling won't win. Good luck hun and keep us informed x
