Hello everybody,

just set up this account as for some time now I've realised I have a problem. Ironically this thread comes on the back of a 1k win which is a large amount of money to me. That however does not tell the story I initially withdrew 2600 after getting ridiculously lucky on three card poker. To cut a long story short I couldn't resist trying to win more and lost 1.6k of it. Had it nt been for my laptop dying I would of lost everything that much is for sure .

Like most other people on here I lose control minutes fly by, adrenaline is pumping and stakes increase with losses. What started with simple footballer accumulators has escalated into almost all forms of gambling to achieve the buzz. My personality is addictive by nature and even though I work full time and enjoy playing football as soon as I am alone I can not resist switching the laptop on.

Things have to change and reading these threads is really helping me put things in perspective and hopefully I can start to understand my problem and find ways to resolve it .

Cheers for listening

jay

Hi Jay,

Try and stay strong! I am on Day 2 as well. Things will get better once we stay gambling free. Imagine you put all the money you lost in a savings account, you will have so much to do with it. Let the money lost in the past go and start a fresh! I have blocked my self from all betting sites and also unfollowed all tipsters on twitter. I have also been finding other things to keep me busy like playing football manager on my laptop. You should try get that game, it is very interesting and can take up your time.

ALL THE BEST BUDDY!
