Only day 4 GF and already looking to circumvent the blocks

My ban from gamstop was recently lifted. Thought I could control the betting...... I cant 😭😭 so im pushing myself to join gamstop again but not quite there yet. I feel you though! Last time I took a break i was straight to looking at ways to get around it 😭😭

If Gamstop worked for you previously, please reinstall it. 

Even if you win at first you won't stop. None of us here do, that's why we're here. We can't walk away. 

If you're like me, you'll know deep down that you can't go back to gambling, if you're struggling with urges Gamstop is a necessity.

I'm only on day 4 of not playing slots. I've signed up to GamStop and GamBan and now kicking myself for doing so. I know it was the right thing to do but I'm already thinking of how to get around the blocks because I'm missing the buzz I got from playing. I'm assuming that this will lessen the more GF days I have but atm it feels like hell on earth

Try and look at the positives, Gamstop is working, yes you're missing the buzz but you're also missing that sick sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach as your balance hits zero again.

Maybe try keeping a diary of urges, I use the I Am Sober (free) app which lets you log urges. As they start to lessen you'll see the gaps between them grow which will hopefully give you the confidence to carry on your GF journey.
