Latest research from Nebraska US shows that 100 out of 100 participants of pathological gamblers, gamblers who had serious issues associated with gambling have been emotionally abused as a children, neglected by their parents,or not being loved enough😳 basically left to grow up unconditionally and they are gambling now that badly so they don't know when to stop because there isnt chance to fullfil that much emptiness inside them even if you gambled all day everyday. This brings you that happiness to fill that emotional void inside you temporarily.

Thought this might help lot of you who was looking for a root of your gambling issues.

Any comments welcome

I am really shocked from your comments above.Realky shocked. So us gamblers we are responsible or pain and destructive life of others right? Why nobody feel sorry for gamblers these days?We are only human beings and we are not evil. There is no sympathy when it comes to gamblers. Why?

Where is the support that these sick people should get?Everyone look down on gamblers. These people us are sick that's all.But shocking comments prove otherwise.

well sir you did say all comments (welcome) the fact you didn't like it because I disagree isn't a reason to be shocked because I disagree.at the end of the day it's us gambling addicts that have to take responsibility and put every imagineable gambling  block in place.  from gamban moses and bank card blocks to stop us from gambling .by putting the blame on others such as your family friends and loved ones isn't good in any way shape or form. and by using a theory of 100 people in a far flung university in nebraska is far fetched to say the least

@g3y6a5jbds I think you are misinterpreting what the op posted. No one is attributing 'blame', the research is providing an explanation and understanding as to why some people develop a serious gambling issue. Granted ideally we would need to read the research to fully understand how the conclusion was reached about problem gambling being associated with child hood trauma, I would imagine the research would have included therapist sessions and data metrics at the very least.
