Well folks, I just applied to be excluded from the final casino with whom I have an account. It was difficult to get into the right mental state to cut off my main form of entertainment. Almost like splitting up with a lover. First, I sent them an email. No reply. So I logged on to the website. As soon as their bright colours and smiling faces appeared on my screen, I thought, shall I have one last fling before I go? I was about 40% there in terms of depositing some money, then I saw that there was already some bonus cash in my account. So I used that. And lost, thank goodness. I didn't go through with my deposit but contacted the VIP assistant to tell her to exclude me. She sent me the forms. Would you believe, they wanted me to print them out, fill them in, sign them, scan them, and send them back! I have never had to do this before when self-excluding from other casinos. It is almost as if they don't want me to go. My printer is out of ink so I just typed my signature. I hope they accept it. B*****ds!!

Much respect to you Sars for going 57 days. That seems like an impossibly long time to me. It is great that we are all counting up the days anbd reporting them to each other, isn't it? When I have tried to quit before, I have marked off the days on a wall calendar, but the gambling beast in me would just disregard it. I guess I feel like I am responsible to other people now, and that gives me hope. Keep going, mate. And Christer, ha ha, yes, actually I would love to kick off with them and give them a piece of my mind sometimes. Actually, I didn't have to. They 'kindly' accepted my form unsigned. Keep it up, bud.
