hi, at the moment I haven't got the energy to write much. I'm so exhausted from the stress of gambling that I don't function properly any more. The amount of money I've lost over 20 years of gambling is a joke. 20 years!!!!! It's ruined my life. I feel sick to the stomach. Even when I win big I just give it all back. I want this nightmare to stop, tonight again I lost a lot of money. Hate myself for it!

Much strength to you Johnny. I know some of what you feel, actually alot of what you said is something I've gone through. Sorry you are feeling badly . The tail end of this addiction is harsh, we all know , we are all trying day by day to stay on a new path. I hope that you will have some compassion for yourself and maybe even do something nice for yourself despite the situation because wanting this to end is something to reward yourself for... it's gonna get better. I'm not someone who has that much time but I've been trying for years to stop and made some head way a number of times. We are all in this together. tara

Problem gambling can affect a person’s general health and mental health as well as other areas of a person’s life.
