Im nearly a week back in and I'm sick to death of seeing gambling advertisements on my Facebook does anyone else have this?Â
II've reported it and alsorts but it comes back even tho I'm not gambling or neither looking on gambling site via my phone.Â
Â
Besides this yes I relapsed last week but I'm more determined than ever to beat this in the a**e this time facing the consequences again no money having to borrow to get myself out of the mess I've got myself into but lessons to be learnt don't trust your gambling friends as they just use you to real you back in even after a heart to heart about your problem that's my big lesson learnt.
Â
Hope everyone's wellÂ

They have always been a big problem for me too. And advertisements on TV just before the football. They are created to make your brain want to do that thing or make you want to buy a product. I have lost count of how long i am gamble free as I don’t want to count because for me this is the last time i will need to try to quit. But those adverts etc always seem to make me think I am cured. And a small bet won’t hurt. Personally I think they should be banned completely. A person who likes a bet will put a bet on before the game anyway without an advert making them. They don’t advertise smoking at all anymore. For me gambling is far worse and detrimental to people’s lives. That’s just my opinion thoughÂ
Affected by gambling?
