just gambled 25000 in last 3 days took out 3 loans to pay it off. Just lost another 10,000 last night using non confirmation page so I didn’t need the funds in my account. And no idea where I’ll get it from now? FiancГ©e told me she’d leave me if I ever gambled again so I can’t tell her. Feel terrible ! Been gambling on and off for the last 10 years and had no help with it. Tell me there’s some light !
There will be others here, including Gamcare themselves, that will be able to give better financial and debt advice than I will, but just to let you know that you can work your way back. Money comes and goes. Those figures are pretty steep but as long as you get a plan in place, you'll be okay.
The main thing now is to nip it in the bud. You need to stop gambling one way or another. You'll need to find your own way of doing that. Could someone help look after your cards and finances? Is there anyone you can trust to do that?
A lot of people here are strong advocates of online blocking software, so assuming your gambling is all online, you can look in to that also.
Either keep this entry updated or start a diary in the "recovery diaries" section of this website. It will help a lot, especially in the initial stages.

Thanks for your reply ! Nice to know others are there/have been there ! Think I’ll have to leave her and just blame myself ! She doesn’t need to know I’ve let her down and then leave me I suppose ! Love her to bits but don’t think she’d cope with them numbers ! And it’s not fair to burden her with it.
Think I’ll just run away and book into a hotel for a few days whilst I work on my life ! I’m such a loser ! My family will be really disappointed in me. I should be getting married next year ! Now I’m 35,000 down ! And no chance of that ! Sorry for writing my troubles on here ! Just sat in the bathroom feeling very low !
