This is my first post and any advice would be great

I have been a bad gambler for a long time and tried on and off to stop it and only manage a few days, things have got worse recently and I can’t seem to drive past a fobt at a services or bookies without playing

I have now taken steps to try and stop with signing up to GameStop and excluding from all local bookmakers and service stations and coming clean and telling all to my wife

After a bad day I feel hatred for the machines but I know this will pass any ideas on how to manage this and keep it at bay

Thanks

It’s not about keeping it at bay. It’s about how much you want to stop and how much effort you put in to want to stop. This site provides some great resources to stop. I would advise physical GA meetings if you can get to them 👍
