Hi all, just introducing myself a little bit. I'm 20 years old and been gambling since I was about 8 years old on slots etc, and heavy in the bookies and online since I was 18. After reading all your stories and advice I'm proud to say this is the first Sunday in a long long time I've not gambled and it's only my first day gamble free. Really hope I can rack up the days and weeks like a lot of you.

I'm looking forward to being part of the team with you amazing people.

Look at everybody's comments/help and advice imbibe it and use it wisely.

We are all in the same boat here - visit daily in your first few weeks and comment often it really helps be good and stay strong

Hi I would like join this challenge

I'm on day 3 of no gambling so looking for some good help and encouragement.

Mr B, your right mate. The feeling I have today is wonderful and is the biggest personal achievement for me since joining this challenge. Much thanks to you and everyone here gambling is a million miles from my mind and has been for a while now. Dont worry though my barriers are always up!

Well done to DaddyDel on 300 days, awesome job mate. Very proud of you.

It's great to have Mr B back in charge, but Bornagain you have done a marvellous job whilst hes been away. I work with numbers myself, but even I would have struggled with all these figures and statistics!

Scambling

Been ill with a chest infection and work haven't let up...

I'm here and clean, still.

Wouldn't even have the time to gamble even if I wanted to at the moment (it can only be a good thing).

Great update Mr B and another fantastic spotlight.

Early check in for me as it is my turn to go soak up some Greek sunshine. I'll miss next week as no internet while I'm away but, as I have never gambled on a family holiday, I feel safe and confident that I will not falter.

Have a fantastic couple of weeks folks; I look forward to reading about all the milestones met when I get back.

Is tough but have to fight through it , no choice gambling will only make it worse

Not gambling is lifelong choice so I prefer to not count the days it makes it feel like prison sentence , end of day where all a day away from next bet whether been off it 1 day or 2 years is irrelevant ...
