Checking in on Day 49. Had another good week. Kept really busy with the Gym, Playing 5-a side after work and looking forward to my Holiday in June. Feel really good nearly hitting the 50 day mark. Keep strong everyone!

Checking in on day 52. Still skint! But the beginning of getting my life/finances back on track needs the GF lifestyle. Enjoying my new job. No massive urges, but thought about my Saturday morning routine earlier of betting on ozzy/youth footy games!!! Grr!! I'm staying strong and 52 days is almost 2 months! I am aiming for 100 days and want to be GF and debt free by the end of December 2016. Brave aim but with a new job, not spending thousands on gambling, I'm hoping there will be money there to begin to pay off debts. Thank you everyone! LK1989!! Go for it my friend! Nearly at 50! Great effort!!

Just remembered I hadn't checked in for another gamble free week....just shows where I am this year compared to last. Very positive thoughts on trying to get through life without added burden of gambling. This bring to mind something I want to air & hope it's not taken the wrong way BUT there seems to be immense support for those who give in to their urges BUT what about support for those who are managing to keep to the challenge. I like many others face challenges every day and choices about what path to take.....keep on the gamble free path everyone as life deals us enough s**t without adding gambling to the equation. Every one of us could easily give in to urges that creep upon us BUT fellow gamblers stay strong, small steps one day at a time and we will manage to survive.
