Day 1: so far since yesterday I've opened up to my fiancГ©, spoke to my parents and likewise she has spoken with them. Been gambling 10 years can't remember a time when I've not. Can feel it totally taking control of my body and feel powerless to stop it. Determined this time for a happier life and to lose the pain that this vice brings with it. Spoke to gamcare at length today and have arranged a call through RCA trust for counselling. I've self excluded from all sites also. Family are distraught but I'm trying to explain the control it has over me and that I want to change. Looking for any help that you guys have thanks!
