Hi, my name's Jack. After 305 days without gambling I had a major relapse, and now i'm going to start posting on here to try and stop that from happening again! 2 days clean now!

Day 117. Checking in for the week. Busy weekend with family no gambling in sight and I love it!!

Checking in, had a very busy week at work no time to think about anything let alone gambling....probably not a bad thing?

Feeling the love!! Still going at it, paid yesterday so I want to keep that monitored for the next month. Business picking up so hopefully some banking into August.....

Checking in day 124. One week of prep done for the new year. Starting to plan for days out for the summer. 5 weeks to stay sane as my last relapse was at easter. Yep I am a teacher and i'm looking at alternate stress relieving activities as we speak

Back again on Day 1 did 8 months without a gamble then stupidly after receiving a welcome offer through the post from a gambling company I had self excluded myself from lapsed. Really angry with myself as had urges but controoled them by keeping busy any heres to the next 8 months gamble free and beyond

Welcome back Samster .. You've come to the right place to start again. Think how much better you will feel by Christmas time with around 150 days gamble free. Set your sights on a gamble free future by abstaining one day at a time.
