Sorry to read about the slips for Deano and Bonxingdayfresh but glad you have come back.
Personally, I've had a challenging couple of weeks gamble wise. The little voice became a little louder, and glances at bookies/casinos became a stare while on holiday. Got it off my chest at GA last week and seem a little better now I am back in routine and working my recovery programme.
Well done to everyone checking in.

Im not new here, its been a problem for way longer then i wish it was. unfortunately all my inheritance and savings are now gone, at least im not in debt to anyone i suppose. This is ending now. Ive excluded myself from all websites and put perameters in place elsewhere. Good luck to the rest of you, lets kick its ugly a*s!
