Hi all,

Please see below the latest check-in figures. Welcome to Ronson, Mum of Three, bittenhard and Bjornpogi (welcome back). No major milestones this week except for the days count totting up. Glad to see everyone checked in sage and sound, there's a few guys who didn't check in but are welcome to rejoin the challenge whenever they want to.

Sorry to read LifeBegins has left the challenge, as always - it's a personal choice, but I prefer to have as many blocks in place as possible and this is one of them.

Thanks for the update. 170 days for me, I'm looking forward to seeing the big double century then its on to 250 as I know that'll be a personal best so that'll be a real satisfying target to hit. Thanks again for the challenge it's really helping me stay focused.

Good day!

Today is my 4th day and I'm feeling better as the day goes by. Yes I have a big amount of debt to settle in the coming months but I feel happy because I will not be losing my money. This is a decision that I have to make every single day. No more trouble in sleeping and I feel better as the nervous feeling that I feel everytime I do sports betting has gone. I have decided to not to open on the livescores websites because it will lure me to bet, to check the odds and open a sports bookmaker site. I am also productive now at work unlike before where I keep looking at the scores of the game or streaming the game while at work causing the delay and not finishing my tasks on time.

I want to live a better life, I am already 25 and not getting younger. I need to be a responsible man for myself and to my loved ones. God bless us all.

Checking in, not enjoying life at the minute work and health not great but trying so hard not to go for the quick gambling buzz. The low that follows it wouldn't help one bit.
