Wow checking in 25 days gf! Who would have thought it! Urges aren't there. I've realised that I wasn't winning I was constantly losing! And I don't want to let myself down, you guys down or my family. Footie was my poison. I didn't think I could watch a game without betting, now i realise I can and with more enjoyment

Day 35 today.
Was worried about today, had a day off work and no set plans, and money to spend.
Did great, slept un-troubled and easily until two. Did a little food shop and a look around the shops...dinner and a bit of chat and the TV. All good in the 'hood'. Going to see my Grandad tomorrow, be nice to see him and have a brew.
