2nd relapse happened today. I'm so ashamed of my self as I was 19 days GF.
As soon as I finished work something took over my thoughts and found 1 online casion which I am not banned from and good by 120pound. My new life starts now I've got this website as my homepage on phone and laptop and intend to come on here when feeling weak and vulnerable to the devil which is gambling.
You really have to stop leaving all these doors open my friend , there's alway's going to be "one more site " opening up that youve not excluded from . What about blocking software so you can't access any of them full stop ? or talk to your broadband provider about blocking gambling sites or setting aparental control so you cant access over 18 sites ?, What about your ability to deposit on these sites , report your bank card lost and rub the 3 digits out on the new one or get a basic one that one allow you to purchase online ? There's so much more you could be doing , it only takes one door to be ajar and gambling will stroll right back in especially in the early stages of giving up . If your serious then make changes to protect yourself " Nothing changes if nothing changes " .

Thanks for your advice. Gamblock is in place now to stop me from accessing these horrid sites. I'll try and close the door once and for all.
