I'm still gamble free.

Stay strong G-Doddy, I agree with the others probably the best thing for you to do is give up control of your money.

Check out my blog www.conradnose.com

Checking in. Not gambled since Wednesday and today have agreed to show wife monthly credit card bills so she can see them reducing. She knows I had debts before gambling so told her I'd get actual figures to her this week. She knows it's over 9k now. Not a full admission but a start and she will now see the monthly statements and have the cards. I feel a sense of relief that things won't get worse. Started reading Allan Carrs book which is good. Back to work tomorrow for a new week and new start. Got to be better than last week!

Just 6 check ins and I thought we may not have 100% check ins week in, week out. I'm taking this quite casually only because of other commitments and that probably rubs off on others. What I don't take casually though is my desire and commitment to not gamble. I'm 100% committed and focused, I've made many a sacrifice to stay stopped and avoid temptation. It's what we have to do this addiction unfortunately is that strong. But we are stronger. Making the right choices ultimately is all it takes. Well done to those checking in, either gamble free or coming back fighting. Keep making the right choices and the right future will be yours.
