Well done those checking in and hello to mixer. As you say go for it. All you have to do is stop betting, stop doing something you don't enjoy something I guess you hate and despise, easy when you say it like that but if you make the right choices it can be done it's not easy we all know that but we all know it can be done. Checking in day 42 seems like 5 minutes ago I was on day 1 and I was rock bottom never thought I could do it, feeling more determined than ever now

Sorry guys for the late update had a very busy spell with work - to many hours. And my reward is I'm getting a cold. Anyway great to see some more check ins. Really great to walk this path with you guys and I'm proud of myself and proud of you all. Let's keep it going.
