four days since i last gambled on anything which is great
but i cant forgive myself for the lies and distrust i have caused my partner. will it ever go back to being normal or are these feelings there forever. i know that i dont want to do it again and dont feel the urge. just scared of letting her down again i know that this is my own fault and she has every reason to be angry just dont know how to put it right
