Hi was here years ago - much to my own shame I am back again. Horrendous few weeks back into the pit of gambling. Have done gamstop last year that really helped me. And yesterday installed trial for Gamban. To make sure it didnt mess with my system as I use my laptop for work.

It does work blocked almost every gaming site and the crypto exchanges etc which is a great feature. But then the website / company I work for - it had blocked that site! Its not gambling its not finance - its not crypto nothing related at all. Spoke to support who hopefully will fix the issue as until they do I cant use the software.

They were as surprised as me that it was blocked as its very normal everyday site. So at the moment just having to keep the "can" i chase it back thoughts at bay. Dont wanna go back - and know today I wont - but its tomorrow and the next day and the day after I worry about.

I hope Gamban sort out the issue - as soon as they do I will install on all my laptops / handset.

Hi

Welcome back, the recovery program helps us get healthier so that we do not need or want to go back to unhealthy habits just by taking it one daay at a time.

I like many people do not want to hurt myself or others today.

No matter when our last bet was keep returning back to the recovery program.

We all can learn and understand our alst emotional trigger.

You do not wanna go back good for you.

Do not live n fear it is not ehalthy, we get to tomorrow when it is here.

Living in high levels of fear we tend to go in to panic mode very quickly.

So take each item one at a time.

It is useful to get motivated and ahve full days writing down your needs wants and goals.

To cross out each item when we do it.
