Day 11 of being bet free. I don't tend to drink a lot, but last night me and hubby had a few glasses of wine. Like I say I don't drink too often so this morning I'm pretty hung over and have the urge to gamble. I'm not going to do it but the urge is pretty strong . Anyone else get gambling urges when they are hungover ?

Well done on reaching 11 days. You will get the urges whether you are sober, drunk or hungover as the urges never totally go away but do subside.
Those who have managed to stay gamble free have managed to find ways dealing with the urges so if you are able to do this you will also beat it.
As I always say - if you can choose to gamble you can also choose not to gamble.
