GamCare provides free 1-2-1 counselling appointments to help people overcome problem gambling. You're welcome to call us on 0808 8020 133 to discuss the support available. Advisers on the freephone and the Netline can facilitate referrals to local GamCare counselling services, and also give you details of other sources of support. The freephone and Netline are both staffed daily from 8am to midnight.
