So here we go. Day 1. I posted my first forum yesterday stating my addiction and today is the first day I'm trying not to gamble.
I'm at work as I type this so my mind is not thinking about the thrill from the spin of the wheel. Although I know when I finish at 2 and go home my mind will start thinking about it. I hoping I can amuse myself enough to stop the addiction taking over.
Any advice on how to prevent my self from gambling in the lonely afternoons would be appreciated. And does it get easier over time?
Thanks ricky.
