Hello again.

Had been gamble free for almost 3 months but was out with friends in a pub yesterday and put 20 pound in the fruit machine bandit. I know this might sound pretty trivial but I can’t get it out of my head and although not much looks like I’m back to day zero. Never done anything online or put a bet on at bookies but gambling is gambling and I’ve lost money so hopefully that was just a minor glitch in my recovery.

here we go again

Don't worry, put it behind you and don't spend a penny more. 3 Months is a great achievement. Relapse is part of recovery. It sounds like you know this was a bad idea which is good. Use that experience yesterday to help you move forward.
