ok guys this is just to say how i stopped very briefly.
i've been gambling 10 years...wasted a ton of money (anyway)
also please note rock bottom was needed in my case to stop.
What i want to say is, in my opinion,
you won't stop gambling until you get tired of the stress of if you will win or lose each time you place that bet.
If you don't get tired of that stress...and you don't say....(hey you know what? i don't care who wins...leave me be....i don't want that stress)...i don't see any other way you can stop
My theory is that whatever works is what you should do. Congrats on seizing this method to get your life back. I can certainly see the logic in what you are saying.
So how exactly did you stop and how long have you been stopped for?
Chris.
hey Chris,
I simply tested all my luck out.......till i hit rock bottom....10 years seeking the path to making tons of money.
When i hit rock bottom i realised that even if i won a ton of money, it wouldn't have lead me to any good place, rather i would keep destroying myself in other ways (living an adventurous/unstable life away from ppl close to me)
i don't remember betting for at least 4-5 years now and if i did it was just a small bet that probably a relative of mine placed or something.
Thanks!
