Hi Stephen (Abstainer),
I am really saddened to read that you're 'in the wars' and totally understand that you feel that you need to 'take a break' and leave the Challenge, and Forums, for a while. Sometimes, it's good to take stock and work out why you're feeling like this. The trigger, I would suggest, isn't gambling itself but something that's driving you to it. I know you have health concerns and these can put anyone off kilter - and, of course, life can be tough at times anyway.
Please take care, please keep in the loop with your family and friends; it's good to be alone but never lonely. We all care about you here, you've made some good, genuine friendships and we're here whenever you need us; you know that 🙂
Take care, Stephen.
Mixer. Please remove me from the Guru Challenge. Thanks for all your help and support.
