Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way for gambling adverts to be perma removed from things like facebook, online forums etc?

I know it's only a small thing, but not handy having those images in the background even though you are doing your best to ignore them, I'm sure they do the job of keeping gambling in your subconscious which in turn contributes to the day to day urges to and play again.

On facebook just right click the top of the advert says remove all ads from say the gambling site

It removes it completety so it won't show up again on facebook.

Hope it helps mate

All the best

If you delete internet history and cookies that will do it. Unless you've logged into a gambling site through FB that will clear everything. Google it if you're not sure how to do it. I got screwed over by emails from gambling sites. I recommend just unsubscribing from everything.
