Hi from Sweden!
I've realized last months that I'm addicted to blackjack and I've started to exclude myself from the casinos I'm registered at.
The first two went fine but when I told the livechat at ********* that I can't handle the quick rewarding play in their casino and that it goes too fast to win and loose the one in the livechat seriously said this sentence:
"How about giving it one more try? Casino games are games of luck and chances, it might just be the luck is on you today, how about I'll give you 5 free spins to try it again?"
At least it made my choice easy for the self exclusion, I wanted the maximum 5 years as I have no faith whatsoever in ********* helping me with my gaming problems anymore.
I don't know if it's worth reporting somewhere as I feel saying something like that to someone who wants to block themself out is not OK.
(I do hope it's OK to name ********* or if I have to mask their name though I feel they should receive all the shame they can for doing something like this.)

Hi,yes i had a similar problem with a slot machine arcade as every time you would ask for a self exclusion form, they said they couldn't find them.So what i did was just write it down on a piece of paper that i no longer wished to be let in the arcade, signed it and left it on the boss desk.I think it was more psychological than anything else as i have not been back since.
Affected by gambling?
