Reading this has helped me a lot today on day 1 of stopping gambling. My head is all over the place.
But how do I make a new life for myself and take these steps when it feels so far away and that gambling has taken all my heart and motivation?? Advice anyone?
Is it about finding the centre of the Perfect circle as you come through the other side of a Perfect storm?
